Assembler

This is a key role ensuring the continuous supply to meet our customer requirements, guaranteeing the product is assembled to the specification requirements meeting their needs.

   

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be working part of a large team building our product ready for delivery to customers. In this role you will be reading diagrams, operating within standard operating procedures and shop safety guidelines, read and follow manufacturing instructions and carry out the assembly of sub-assembly components. Job Duties: Build any and all parts and assemblies for electro/pneumatic transducers and other related controls’ productsRead application of engineering prints, work instructions sheets, bills of materials, tooling cards and agency approval guidelinesOperate equipment, tools and other related assembly fixturesRepair faulty production and customer return itemsReport operating difficulties to the immediate supervisorComputer entry, as necessaryGenerate appropriate product documentation and labels.
