Additional responsibilities include occasionally leading strategic endeavors with cross-functional team members in a manufacturing environment.This position is onsite daily with potential flex scheduling optionsAddress: One Bridgestone Pkwy. Ensure financial results are reported timely and accurately.

Leads/supports Forecasting for the plant and leadership teams.

Develop complex financial models.

Analyze accounts for reasonableness and ensure proper financial controls are in place.

Assist in execution of the financial planning cycles and month end closing processes.

Prepare reports and provide analytical data to management.

Reviews administration of hourly payroll processing and collaborate with Human Resources team to ensure compliance with labor contract.

Continuously improve work procedures and processes, including documentation, process mapping and efficiency improvements.

Other duties and responsibilities as directed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related technical discipline.

Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in Finance.

Expert level in Microsoft suite of products especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications

MBA Degree and /or professional certification (eg. CPA).

Preference is experience in a manufacturing or similar working environment.

Proficiency with SAP and BI/BW.

Strong communication skills, advanced Excel skills
