This position offers 2 different hybrid schedules: We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility. Job Summary The Associate Business Systems Analyst, Business System Analyst or Sr Business Systems Analyst will help to ensure that both IT and Salesforce best practices are followed, while working collaboratively across all IT development, infrastructure and business teams. that Enterprise Risk Management requirements are met, while working collaboratively with the IT infrastructure team and application architects for application deployment and maintenance. Identifies opportunities to apply Salesforce technologies to business processes, through research and fact-finding. Role is established in the Information Technology function. Develops and maintains credibility, and effective working relations, with both user and IT personnel. Demonstrates to clients an understanding of business problems, IT strategies, issues, and priorities. Participates in less complex technical studies to evaluate business requirements, and recommends solutions. Works with an individual business unit on multiple concurrent project assignments. Translates business requirements into technical specifications for contract/offshore resources and monitors progress. One position is available which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

Associate Business Systems Analyst: 0 to 2 years supporting IT projects by documenting user requirements, developing comprehensive test scripts, performing quality testing, and providing the necessary documentation for project deployments.

Business Systems Analyst: 3+ years supporting IT projects by documenting user requirements, developing comprehensive test scripts, performing quality testing, and providing the necessary documentation for project deployments. 3+ years supporting business processes for work management, asset management, compliance inspections, geographic information system mapping, or spatial analysis.

Senior Business Systems Analyst: 5+ years supporting IT projects by documenting user requirements, developing comprehensive test scripts, performing quality testing, and providing the necessary documentation for project deployments. Excellent understanding of business systems and industry requirements. IT experience in business systems analysis, in a large-scale environment, across multiple hardware and software platforms, or business unit experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of large-scale systems. Demonstrated competency in verbal, written, and presentation communications. Monitored on projects' progress and results.

Additional Requirements (all levels): Understanding of the Salesforce platform is desired. Demonstrated competency in verbal communications, written communications, and interpersonal understanding. Demonstrated ability to research and understand customer issues. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of confidence in the Information Technology team's knowledge of, and concern for, the customer's business needs. Demonstrated organization and planning skills, including ability to handle multiple deadlines and associated pressures, and ability to manage work. Demonstrated competency in analytical and logical thinking. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems. Demonstrated ability to create a network of relevant individuals to solve operational problems. Demonstrated ability to achieve results through others. Experience in the adaptation to, and the application of, rapidly changing technology to business needs. Achievement orientation. Business systems orientation. Concern for quality. Flexibility. Self-starter. Ability to maintain self-control.
