Description: Job Title: Associate Manager, Operations Management Job Code: IMS20231608-104862 Job Location: Greenville, TX (On-site) Schedule: 5/8 Job Description: Production Planning converts engineering drawings into work instructions and bills of materials driving procurement, shop fabrication, assembly and HDL installation. Plans, prepares, handles issues, controls production schedules, and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. Essential Functions:
Will communicate within and outside own functioning area to explain and gain cooperation on procedures.
Will make improvements to processes, systems and solutions.
Plans and establishes goals and objectives for the team with direct impact on the short-term operational results for the department.
Work will consist of making moderate to substantial improvements of processes, systems, solutions or products to enhance performance of job area.
Opportunities for problem solving and innovation are complex and may require comprehensive information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.
Problems are generally solved through creative solutions, drawing from prior experience and in-depth analysis of issues.
This position requires practical knowledge in leading/managing projects, processes, and employees and has strong knowledge within professional discipline.
Typically has strong knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, tactics, and employees within the team.
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Position requires a current DOD Secret Security Clearance.

Proficient in MS Office Applications,
Strong communication skills
1+ years of SAP experience
