- Complete supportive administrative and lead activities. Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements. Integrate them into business processes to address business needs.
- 40% Complete administrative and lead activities to support management such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports, resource planning, preparing documentation and developing processes.
- 40% Manage projects to ensure the coordination, documentation, reporting and customer communication requirements are being supported. Mentor and provide guidance to testing staff.
- 20% Perform quality checks across various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures, and methodologies are being followed. Define and analyze quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve operational workflows.

- Skill in Whitebox testing, integration testing, static testing, and 508 compliance testing utilizing JAWS software.
- Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.
