Barline Machine Operator

Adecco is seeking a motivated Barline Machine Operator to join our client's team and play a vital role in their production process. In this role, you will assemble parts according to specifications, ensuring they meet all quality and safety standards. You will operate various machinery, inspect products, and maintain a clean and organized work area. This role offers competitive compensation ($15.00/hour) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMTop reasons to work with Adecco:

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.

Experience operating assembly machines.

Basic math skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures quickly.

Description:

Assemble and package parts following blueprints, shop orders, and inspection charts.

Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic assembly machines and air tools.

Inspect completed products for quality and conformance to specifications.

Perform rework on non-conforming parts.

Complete all required documentation for the operation.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Train new employees assigned to the area (may be required).

Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
