Apply today!If you are located in Missouri, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challengesPrimary Responsibilities:

Focus on psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment for members

Assist in determining appropriate levels of care

Obtain information from members on outpatient requests for treatment

Determine if additional clinical treatment sessions are needed

Coordinate benefits and transitions between various areas of care

Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling, or Licensed Ph.D

Licenses must be independent, active, and unrestricted

3+ years of experience in a related mental health environment

Experience working in any of the following clinical settings:

Managed Care

Crisis Center

Hospital Inpatient

Residential Facility

Community or County Mental Health Center

Private Practice

Substance Abuse Treatment Center

Outpatient Clinic

Telemental Health Services

Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs)

Crisis management, substance abuse and mental health background

Proven distraction-free space in home for home office set up with access to highspeed internet services

Demonstrated ability to talk on phone and navigate through computer screens simultaneously

Ability to work Monday - Friday: 10:45am to 7:15pm CST

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Crisis Counseling

Facility-based experience (inpatient, residential, partial, outpatient)

Dual diagnosis experience with mental health and substance abuse

Experience working in an environment that required coordination of benefits and utilization of multiple groups and resources for members

Call center experience

Background working with various age groups
