In this role you will:Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approachCollaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomesWork within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
