Job Description

The Business Analyst is responsible foranalyzing customer, market, financial and product data to identify trends, market needs and opportunities leading to product and pricing recommendations to the Intelerad Executive Leadership team. This Business Analyst works closely with the product team and will collaborate across the company to gather information and buy in on the pricing and product recommendations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and gather market data and produce business case analysis

  • Gathering pricing and product data and trends across various products and competition

  • Explore conceptual ideas on how we can improve product processes

  • Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning it with pricing and business goals

  • Training internal departments on our products, pricing and value proposition

  • Document pricing policies and communicate out to the affected teams

  • Coordinate activities between process owners, users, software developers, system administrators and managers

  • Preparing project status and risk management reports

  • Develop processes to continuously monitor the quality and integrity of products

  • Play a pivotal role in working with our stakeholders to define requirements and identify solutions to overcome business challenges

  • Work with product managers to ensure successful product and release launches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

  • Strong business acumen, especially at the financial level

  • A demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex information at a consumable high level

  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in fast-paced ever-changing environment

  • Self-starter and able to support quality and results with directional guidance

  • Strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) capabilities and attention to detail/quality

  • Direct experience in a customer facing role with demonstrated ability to gather complex customer requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand clinical radiology workflow

  • Excellent analytical, research, organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships

  • Exceptional communication, influencing and presentation skills
