Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands. In this exciting customer-facing opportunity, you will grow and build strong partnering relationships with our customers, now and for the future. While developing sales strategies, you will ensure profitable growth of revenue, margin and market share for our Orrcon Steel business.  You will have a passion to win, and your experience in sales will really see you excel and thrive as you are supported to succeed. No previous steel experience will be required, but you will have to have demonstrated experience in B2B sales, a go getter attitude, take pride in your work and love being customer facing and really be driven by offering exceptional customer service.This opportunity includes a competitive remuneration package including a laptop, phone, company vehicle and an annual bonus!What Will You Do? Based in Clayton South and covering the Melbourne Metropolitan area, you will: work closely with the Sales Manager Victoria – and will continue to grow revenue, margin and market shareidentify new customers through building sustainable relationships with key customers- including industry bodies and specialistsresearch and investigate key industry projects for future business growth opportunitiesprovide leadership, guidance and input into key customer supply proposals, quotes and tender submissions across the businessMore About You  Along with your ability to understand and uncover customer needs and transforming these into improved product and service offerings, you will bring:  experience in the development and execution of end-to-end targeted sales and growth strategies for targeted markets business 2 business sales experience effective relationship management and influencing capability  the ability to understand the technical applications of our products; and commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitability.Why BlueScopeAs BlueScope continues to go from strength to strength, a career with us provides you with the opportunity to grow and be rewarded.
