Certified Public Accountant

We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to drive financial operations across the US & Canada

Pay will range from $90-$100K based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Treasury

Lead monthly and annual financial closes and reporting

Mentor and develop one direct report, with potential to expand the team

Submit monthly reports to HQ and ensure timely reconciliations

Coordinate tax filings (sales tax, business tax, corporate tax) with external consultants

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Collaborate with global finance teams to improve and standardize processes

Act as the main contact for accounting inquiries from internal teams, vendors, and customers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of accounting experience; audit or multinational company experience is a plus

Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills

Leadership ability with a knack for team development and motivation

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working across departments and in a global, matrixed environment
