Chef De Partie

Our Culinary team is growing and we are looking for a Chef de Partie. You would be overseeing the daily operations and communication of key sections in either the Banquet (cold larder) or Restaurant (à la carte) Kitchen. Our Chef de Partie plays an integral part in our Culinary team responsible for providing high quality products to our luxury guests, supervising more junior chefs and cooks and continuing to develop their own leadership & culinary skillset as they grow within the Brigade.
