We are a classic Italian red sauce restaurant located in Western North Carolina. We make our own sauces and dressings, slice and tenderize our veal, hand bread our chicken and make fresh pasta for our lasagna and fettucine. We are dinner only, Tuesday through Sunday, 60 seats, and have a great reputation. 65K for the right Chef and that person's resume will show a gradual increase in responsibility and ability throughout their culinary career.
