Citrix Support Administrator

Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other job-related degree, or 4 years of job-related work experience OR 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in computer science, information technology or other job-related degree
• 2 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and/or programming experience or other job-related IT experience
• Experience with administration and support of Citrix XenApp/NetScaler technologies
• Comprehends data storage techniques, basic database philosophy, database management, and simple programming techniques
• Good understanding of the requirements for maintaining production systems and the effect of program changes
• Understands how to use structured techniques in new program development
• Good understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-platformed environment, which may require action and response 24x7 to support the technical business needs of the customer

• Support Windows 10 workstations when issues impact more than 15 workstations
• Deploy and/or maintain monitoring applications, software/hardware deployment tools, and automation tools in an enterprise environment
• Troubleshoot applications that run on all Windows platforms and Citrix
• Understand servers, networks, IPs, and a general comfort level with PC/non-host infrastructure
• Monitor, develop, and infrastructure deploy Citrix technologies
• Support software/hardware deployment/automation tools
