Position Overview:

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team in

the Lexington area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining

commercial buildings, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

 Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas

 Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas

 Empty trash and recycling containers

 Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces

 Refill paper, soap, and cleaning supplies as needed

 Follow safety guidelines and company cleaning procedures

 Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor

Qualifications:

 Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required

 Reliable transportation to and from job sites

 Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

 Must be punctual, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude

 Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks

Work Schedule

Part-time positions available.

Schedule is Saturday anytime until work is complete.

MUST HAVE A GOOD WORKING VEHICLE

Compensation

$40.00 a day biweekly payout on the 5th and 20th $80.00 per check
