Job Description:Our Fluor office in Greenville, SC is looking for an enthusiastic team member with a can-do attitude that supplements our growing Mechanical Building Systems team. What we are currently looking for is a Mechanical Engineering candidate for the Spring 2025 semester.The purpose of this position is to enhance and expand your mechanical engineering knowledge and capabilities while working on specific design related activities under the supervision of an experienced engineer. Typical tasks may include but are not limited to: Assist the project design team in the development of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) load estimates, psychrometric analysis, air balance, and system sizing calculations Assist the project design team with edits and updates of 2D drawings such as HVAC pressurization & criteria plans, HVAC airflow diagrams, and utility & plumbing system piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) Review and apply project design criteria based on applicable local codes and client standards Participate in activities associated with equipment and material procurement Other duties as assignedJob ID: 147276BRCity: GreenvilleState: South CarolinaCountry: United StatesWe are an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value of a diverse workforce.
