Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects, bidding and estimating construction projects and knowing construction software is a MUST

Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall planning, coordination, and control of construction projects.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to determine project needs.

- Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely completion.

- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.

- Oversee budgeting, costing, and financial aspects of projects.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications bidding and estimating.

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates.

Skills:

- Strong background in construction management bidding and estimating.

- Proficient in project management software

- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.

- Knowledge of construction estimating and project scheduling.

- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.

- Experience in negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
