Deloitte is seeking a driven and talented Senior Consultant to join our Strategy & Business Design team in Gaborone. As part of our Africa Consulting Strategy & Transactions business, you will collaborate with high-performing teams to help clients unlock growth, drive transformation, and deliver operational excellence through innovative strategies and solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will:Support client engagement teams in delivering high-impact strategic projects across Botswana, South Africa, and beyond.Lead the design, development, and ongoing support of strategic initiatives for clients in diverse industries.Contribute to client presentations, business development, and the creation of new service offerings.Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and proactively identify opportunities for follow-on work.Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of a collaborative team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality client work by supporting engagement managers and leading project workstreams.Analyse client challenges, design strategic solutions, and present findings to stakeholders.Drive operational effectiveness and ensure risk, quality, and compliance standards are met.Contribute to thought leadership and share expertise across teams.Support the development of business models, operating models, and capabilities to realise clients’ strategic visions.
