Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the non-profit industry, based in Greenville, South Carolina. This role revolves around providing superior customer service, primarily through inbound calls, and using internal software for account management and updates.Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers with queries related to their cards or accounts Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of issues Utilize internal software for recording customer interactions and making note of pertinent details Update information in the system as and when necessary Activate new cards for customers as per their requests Monitor customer accounts for any inconsistencies and take appropriate action Provide Spanish translation services when required to ensure clear and effective communication. Requirements Must possess excellent customer service skills, with a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Fluent in Spanish language, both spoken and written, is required. Previous experience in Spanish translation is highly desirable. Prior experience working in the non-profit sector is a plus. Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a calm and detail oriented demeanor. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary. Proficiency in the use of computer systems, including Microsoft Office, is needed. Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, may be required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree is preferred. Proven track record in a customer service role is highly desirable.
