Job Description

What you will do:

  • Own the ultimate success of our customers, ensuring they realize the full value of the ApplyOnline Platform.
  • Develop and deliver a roadmap to success. Drive product adoption and ongoing usage of ApplyOnline, while promoting customer satisfaction and advocacy
  • Manage the customer relationship, acting as trusted advisor for all Customer contacts
  • Manage relationships with all ApplyOnline users and owners (IT, BA/PM, operations, credit, sales) to drive product usage and engagement.
  • Understand your customer’s needs, thoughtfully helping business leaders to identify opportunities to expand our footprint and depth of engagement.
  • Design and facilitate learning solutions (online and face-to-face) to new and existing clients on NextGen.Net products.
  • Generate and share educational resources and best practices with customers and end users.
  • Train and educate users on ApplyOnline functionality via Webinar, Face to Face.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you

MUST have:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, produce and present training material and demonstrate software programs successfully to all levels of customers.
  • Account management or customer success experience.
  • Flexibility around working hours to attend client meetings and available to travel interstate from time to time.
  • Proven track record of driving results for your customers and your company.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations to accelerate product adoption, influence collaboration and evangelize opportunities for growth.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia (Australian or NZ Permanent Residency/Citizenship).

If you have skills and experience in the following areas it would be highly

desirable:

  • An understanding of Mortgages
  • Passionate about supporting and transforming customers’ experience
  • Certificate IV in training
