- CompTIA Security+ CE certification
- Schedule: Must be open to working 1st and 2nd Shift (No Overnights)
- 2-4 years of IT experience in networking, systems troubleshooting, software, and hardware support.
Responsibilities: - Deploy new computers to replace old out of warranty machines. Will cover the region around Pensacola, FL in support of our large government client.
- When not deploying seats you assist with Field Service (Desktop Support) responsibilities in the region.
- Provide direct computer and network support to include router, firewall, Intrusion Detection Systems/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Domain Name System (DNS), Active Directory (AD) and Exchange, configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting to USMC deployed units.
