Job Description

I am looking for a dynamic, motivated and supportive Manager to join our dedicated team in South Woodham Ferrers. Reporting to meand working closely with our Registered Manager, you will coach, develop and manage our service delivery teams with both office based and field based direct reports.

You will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screens.Social media recruiting, job board recruiting, job fair attendance and direct sourcing. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing It; Develop job postings, job descriptions, and posting requirements. Manage onboarding and new hire process. Stay up to date of recruiting trends and best practices. Managethe overall Interview, Selection and closing process. Ensure all screening, hiring and selection Is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. Source and recruit candidates by using software platforms. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

Carry out supervisions, appraisals, support visits and competency assessments withour CAREGivers. Ensure CAREgiver's are providing the highest quality of support for our clients and conduct relevant follow-up issues or complaints with caregivers. Ensure CAREGiver documentations are in compliance with all relevant regulated bodies through regular audits. Undertake care consultations for new care packages and write comprehensive person centred care plans. To be part of the on-call team. Be very flexible and passionate to deliver "hands-on" care to our clients across the territoryif there is no carer available. Carry out quality assurance visits and service reviews with our clients.Provide an excellent standard of customer service.Liase and build good working relationships with other professionals such as social workers, district nurses, occupational therapists, community matrons, discharge coordinators and GP's.

You will be utilising your critical analysis skills to evaluate our working practices and will be tasked with improving and developing those to ensure we are delivering the very best service to our clients and Caregivers.

You will be an experienced coach and people manager, someone who is willing to lead by example, and to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in when the need arises. You will need to be curious about what we do and how we do it and not be afraid to challenge and offer solutions and improvements.

Customer service and critical analysis skills are absolutely essential to this role as is a great teamwork ethic because building excellent working relationships throughout the organisation will be critical to the success of this role.

Successful candidates will possess the following skills:

  • Highly organized
  • Proficient with the general use of computers
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preference will be given to candidates who possess any of the following, though not mandatory:

  • Human Resources education or experience, specifically in the field of recruitment and onboarding
  • Businessadministration education or significant experience
  • Experience in the Domiciliary Healthcare sector is useful but not mandatory.

This role will be based full time 9am-5pm Monday to Friday in our office in South Woodham Ferrersbut there may be some requirement for flexibility in working hours and occasional travel across our Mid-Essex territory and the surrounding area for meetings or consultations.
