What You’ll Do:Performance Marketing & eCommerceOptimize paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive traffic and ROI.Oversee DTC, omni-channel, and pureplay platforms including merchandising, pricing, and promotions.Use insights to refine media targeting, conversion funnels, and support CRO initiatives.Content & Influencer ManagementLead agile development of platform-specific content, including A+ content for marketplaces.Manage creators and agencies to deliver brand-aligned assets.Identify and manage influencer and UGC partnerships to boost engagement and advocacy.Sampling & Event ActivationPlan and execute sampling and events to drive trial and support eCommerce growth.Align sampling and events with broader digital campaigns.Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sampling and event initiatives with digital campaigns.Reporting & CollaborationTrack and report on digital and eCommerce KPIs with actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for seamless execution.Set and monitor investment budgets to ensure delivery against KPIs and ROMI.
