Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Microsoft Office, Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, and/or SQL database administration certifications preferred
- 7 years of experience with database operations
- 4 years management of a financial industry technology department
- Advance experience with Client DNA core system operation
- Experience with Fiserv DNA
- Works with product owners to align systems with overall credit union strategy
- Develops, deploys, and supports systems through the entire life cycle
- Diagnoses incidents/problems involving core application technology and configurations
- Works closely with other business units to design, train, and implement system enhancements or releases of assigned software platforms
- Works collaboratively with management team to design process, workflows, and functional components to improve efficiencies and recommend improved utilizations of assigned applications
- Maintains a working relationship with product owners to ensure systems under management are meeting organizational strategic objectives
- Works with business units to ensure proper change management as they relate to existing workflows, processes, and member journeys
- Provides day-to-day operations and administrative support of the Client DNA system, SAF/API, and other middleware systems outside of DNA, which include but are not limited to the Nautilus document management system, OpenCheck RDC, Client cView, and the Automic Workflow Automation job scheduler
- Ensures duties performed follow all security, audit, regulatory compliance, information security, customer privacy, and secrecy act/customer identification program policies and procedures
- Manages application security administration, aligning business roles to application access through roles
- Works with approvals, menus, functions, user, and group profiles
- Maintains standards documentation, including security, integrity reports, and system controls in accordance with policies, regulations, and control requirements
- Works with report writers to ensure timely report generation and system availability
- Works with training to ensure all new system features and functionality are properly trained and documented
