Type: Full-time Benefits:  401(k)  401(k) matching  Dental insurance  Disability insurance  Employee assistance program  Flexible schedule  Flexible spending account  Health insurance  Health savings account  Life insurance  Paid time off  Retirement plan  Tuition reimbursement  Vision insurancesalary: $39,520 - $45,760 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Assembly of electrical and mechanical devices comprising a complete WeldControl as well as subassemblies for those controls. Measuring, cutting, crimping, and soldering of wire harnesses Following engineering drawings and SOPs The use of various hand and power tools, as well as measurement equipmentto include micrometers, and calipers Occasional shearing, sawing, drilling, punching, or tapping holes in sheet metal Maintain clean and safe work area Manage time effectively and efficientlyExperience: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or another related field High level knowledge and experience with hand and power tools strong mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude Willingness and ability to learn new skills on the job Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings Problem-solving skills with great attention to detail Desire to multitask in a fast-paced, often-changing environment Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with assistanceSkills
