Job Description

We are seeking a specialist to manage marketing email campaigns across multiple product lines and market segments. This position is responsible for assisting in developing and managing our email campaign strategy and tactics. This person will also be responsible for writing engaging copy used in email marketing campaigns and programs. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and be excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Building and managing email campaigns and ensuring messages are proofread for style, grammar, and clarity; and sent in proper form and template.

  • Operating within Pardot to create nurture campaigns and automation campaigns.

  • Understanding email marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement, and the customer journey.

  • Developing and testing new strategies for personalization, segmentation, and account-based marketing campaigns.

  • Identifying opportunities for continual improvement in email and other digital marketing efforts.

  • Assisting the Director of Demand Generation in developing campaign ideas to help meet aggressive pipeline goals and drive MQLs.

  • Working with marketing operations to provide feedback and drive insights to optimize our marketing automation system.

  • Working with the digital and product marketing specialists to align and drive content marketing strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Other duties as assigned to support the marketing organization in driving pipeline coverage and passing leads to the sales organization.

As a member of the Marketing Team, you will play a critical, collaborative role in driving high-quality sales pipeline. We are an all-hands on deck Marketing Team!

Qualifications

Professional Qualifications

  • Strong writing skills to create campaigns and copy that communicate to prospects in the medical technology market. Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.

  • Editing, and proofreading skills to ensure emails adhere to proper grammar and organizational style guidelines

  • Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems

  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology. Pardot preferred, but not required.

  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure

  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and departments

  • Willingness to participate in “all hands on deck” projects that may fall outside of your job description in order to support the marketing organization.

  • Growth mindset: This is a new team building out a new demand generation function. This is a role that should strive for continuous improvement and optimization, and focus on making a continual and lasting impact on the marketing organization, and enterprise.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
