Requirements:

No experience necessary – we’ll train you

Reliable transportation

Self-motivated, driven, and coachable

Willing to get on a roof to inspect for storm damage (ladder provided)

Comfortable talking to homeowners and knocking on doors to offer help after storms

Important Note:

You are NOT installing roofs – we have elite install crews and a full production team to handle that. Your job is to help homeowners understand their damage, file their claim, and guide them through the process.
