Exchange for Rent

Several rooms available in exchange for home and farm work. Some meals are included.

Responsibilities would be for four hours per day five days out of the week. Times and days can be flexible.

We are repairing and transitioning our small farm into a homestead with natural gardens, hay fields and naturally fed livestock. Skills needed: maintenance, animal care light carpentry, planting, fencing, deck installs, barn repairs, irrigation

Possible opening for housekeeper/cook for the right candidate.

Minimum stay of 1-3 months in a shared farm home. Longer stays are available. Private room is a 1 person occupancy with a shared bath.

The farm is a treat if you enjoy a simple lifestyle. Property has a stocked pond with a few creeks, pastures, farm animals, decks, patios Furnished.

No pets. Outside smoking only.
