From designing the most advanced air vehicle to designing aircraft that defies gravity, our engineers live on the cutting edge of technology.Greenville, SCThis position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.Basic Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience relative to Aviation Production, Maintenance, Aircraft Structure Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.Experience interacting with internal/external customers.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Desired Skills:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited collegeAbility to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.Structural repair, fabrication, and assembly experienceRecent fighter aircraft experienceAbility to obtain a security clearance as required.Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.Clearance Level: NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
