Field Supervisor

This role is instrumental in achieving success through hard work, integrity, and developing yourself and others.   Come discover a new career in an exciting new role in our growing company.  The Field Supervisor will have a passion for safety and for growing, developing, and leading a team of 40+.  You would support our EHS initiatives that protect our employees, customers, and assets allowing all our team members to return home safely every day.What you will do: Front line safety – Protection of employees and customers against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practicesEnsure that safety, quality, training, employee engagement and retention are a prime focus of the businessPerform field and vehicle inspections, attend pre-bid meetings, meet with clients and work in the field coaching and developing your team.Assist in creating daily schedules, monitor employee issues including payroll, timekeeping, benefits, time off requests, customer issues and training requirementsBecome an expert in the work zone setup/design and professional flagging.Lead a team of 40+
