- Assist Finance Manager with daily, monthly, and yearly finance tasks.
- Data entry related to lockbox and month-end processes

- Respond to, organize and follow-up with customer & partner support email and calls related to finance
- Payment processing support for end user customers and state and local government partners
- Research charge inquiries and provide explanations to customers and partners
- Assist Service Desk with support call and incident response during critical processing periods, on an as needed basis
- Develop training and support materials for applications with payment as needed
