EquipmentShare is Hiring a Fleet Sales Associate EquipmentShare is searching for an entry level Fleet Associate supporting our Fleet Sales team out of the corporate office in Columbia, MO (or remote) to support our team as the department continues to grow. EquipmentShare is searching for an Associate to manage the sales and administrative functions of the fleet sales team. This new team member may be based anywhere in the United States and offers a remote/hybrid work option, but must be able to meet with management in person at least quarterly.Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with partner teams, such as fleet operations, procurement, and marketing, as well as other stakeholders to ensure equipment sales and projects are on track.
Collaborate with sales and internal teams to understand and anticipate their needs
Manage strong relationships with customers and serve as a knowledgeable resource to support equipment sales
Build marketing materials and processes, such as flyers and online listings, that help increase equipment sales
Manage a high volume of inbound email requests, and answer complex questions, in a timely fashion
Maintain high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Continuously improve the fleet sales team and function.
Advise subject matter experts to drive the best outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-2+ years administrative/data entry experience
Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment. The individual must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership
Experience developing presentations to management
Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift
Experience with handling multiple priorities
Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing and motivating teams with no direct authority over them
