Food & Beverage Attendant: NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort

Casual summer job with opportunity for longer-term employment!With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated roleEnsure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memoriesWhat you’ll do: You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional service with a warm welcome. You’ll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will:Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required.We’re interested in multi-skilled individuals with waiting, barista and bartending experience! These casual roles offer approximately 12-38 hour per week. You'll be available to work day and evening shifts, weekends, public and school holidays and throughout the festive Christmas and New Year period. What you’ll bring:  Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experienceBarista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window)A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy teamGenuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine.A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guestsValid Responsible Service of Alcohol CertificatePossess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completionFlexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidaysWhat’s in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
