Food & Beverage Service Manager

This role is based within our brand-new and exciting lounge precinct at Adelaide Airport. Our Duty Manager will bring their passion for service to our three full refurbished lounge spaces. They will be dedicated to creating a welcoming and inviting pre-flight experience for our guest.Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:Lead by example providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverages serviceResponsible for managing the front of house to ensure we are smooth running of the operationsBe a key point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure excellent communication across the lounge operationsEffectively resolve complaints to ensure our guest leave happyBe a genuine and positive role model, fostering engagement and connection with all team members
