Key Responsibilities

Food Running:

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure accuracy and presentation of dishes before serving.

Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate orders and special requests.

Bussing & Table Maintenance:

Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.

Reset tables with proper settings for the next guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, server stations, and dish drop areas.

Guest Service:

Refill water glasses and assist with guest requests as needed.

Support servers during busy periods to ensure efficient and attentive service.

Provide a friendly and helpful attitude to all guests.

Team Support:

Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain a smooth service flow.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
