An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within the National Buying Department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full time opportunity.As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group Director- Customer Interactions. Your responsibilities will be varied, but will include diary management, team coordination, scheduling, auditing, and reporting, just to name a few!What does the role look like?Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group Director- Customer InteractionsManage their diary and coordinate travel requirementsPrepare meeting minutes, presentations, memos, and reportsCoordinate, plan and schedule team meetings, conferences and eventsCoordinate with broader PA team around personnel tasks e.g. on boarding, organisation charts, etc.Monitor upcoming team milestones, activities, and eventsCompile and present data and other reports as requestedAnd the best part?
