Handyman/Maintenance Pro

Are you a self-starter who loves solving problems and working independently? Sherwood Innovation LLC, a growing construction and real estate company in Taylors/Greer, SC, is seeking a skilled Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

-Painting (interior/exterior)

-Errand running & material acquisition

-Minor carpentry, electrical, & plumbing repairs

-General minor repairs

-Landscaping & yard maintenance

-Basic vehicle maintenance

-Shop organization & upkeep

Who We’re Looking For:

A resourceful problem-solver who thrives without constant supervision

Comfortable with diverse tasks, from fixing a leaky faucet to sourcing materials

Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of projects

Experience in maintenance, construction, or trades (electrical/plumbing a plus)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
