With the brand strategy in place the role of Brand and Content Manager will lead a Centre of Excellence enabling all regional marketing and commercial teams to deliver customer growth programmes across Small Business and Corporate segments with creative and content assets that ensure brand consistency and scale. This role is a customer champion, passionate about the written word spanning several disciplines including Brand and Creative, Content strategy and Copywriting, SEO, B2B customer marketing, Partnership marketing, Sales Enablement and Social marketing.The role will work extremely closely with the Heads of Regional Marketing (APAC, North America, UK & Europe), Head of Website, Head of Product Marketing and Head of Client Engagement to support with best of breed customer communication and brand experience across touchpoints. You’ll think holistically and omni-channel across a customer experience journey to optimise content. The key approach we are driving is “common where possible, custom where it counts” so that Heads of Regional Marketing can focus to a large extent on local customer growth.Operating in a very dynamic B2B fintech market you will understand how to build and execute on B2B campaigns, be externally curious around the competitive environment and internally committed to delivering quality brand & product campaigns to drive direct acquisition and support sales teams with quality leads into the pipeline. You will also think about our internal customer and ensure all employees are well connected with the brand and as consistently as possible delivering a common expression of the brand.You will lead a small creative and content team across time zones within the global centre of excellence and work with regional content specialists to ensure best practice and brand governanceWhat you doTaking the newly defined brand strategy build out brand guidelines, tone of voice and tools to enable the marketing and commercial functions to scale consistent integrated campaigns across all channelsLeading your creative team build out a suite of global advertising assets and support regional marketing teams with the build and production of acquisition campaigns assets aligned to regional media planAs a brand manager within a fintech, B2B industry you will be familiar with Account Based Marketing and support regional teams with the design and production of both long form thought leadership content and micro pieces of content in enable buyers through the conversion pathwaysAs a SaaS platform business with regionalised packaging and pricing plans you’ll support regional marketing teams will product assets tailored to their unique plans in country and also build and maintain a content calendar for global initiatives.Work closely with global Head of Client Engagement to manage the content across B2B customer automated lifecycle journeys to bring our CVP and product strategy to life for the customerYou’ll manage the delivery of any global content campaigns, for example Product Newsletters, SEO articles for the website, monthly thought leadership articles to customers and case studiesAudit of existing content to determine appropriateness in context, brand tone-of-voice, information accuracy and SEOInvolvement in crisis communication and reputation management.You’ll sit on the Marketing Leadership team who are responsible for building high performing teams that lead with customer insights and develop and nurture a positive and engaging culture to attract, retain and develop high performing talent.
