Good understanding of Infrastructure components and respective alerts Setting up mobile devices for new employees, troubleshooting issues with mobile devices. Hands on experience on managing printers (Local & Network printers) Upgrading Operating systems, applying patches Installing software's for users on their laptops, Troubleshooting issues with software installations
