Help Wanted - HVAC, Electrical

We manage over 100 rental properties in Walhalla, Seneca, and Central, SC and need a multi-skilled person who can perform some or all of these tasks: service a furnace/heat pump, knows how to install electrical panels, re-plumb a home with PEX, physically able to climb onto roofs and make repairs. The job description includes other things but those are the primary skills needed. If you have a truck capable of hauling trailers we are happy to pay extra for that.
