Role: Helpdesk Technician Duration: 12 months Location: Columbia, SC DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists Service Integration with the setup, configuration, management, and diagnostics/troubleshooting for web/virtual conferencing (Teams, WebEx, and Zoom) meetings/conferences by agency program areas, hardware/software testing and management of IT assets, Footprints issue tracking tickets.
