House person/ maintenance person/ high rise bulk services

Alliance Property Services is a common area property service company that is interested in hiring both full and part time maintenance persons for a High rise property.

Applicants must be able to lift to 50 pounds, have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license. Person needs to be familiar with changing light fixtures, small equipment and pool knowledge a plus. APS provides uniforms & vacation pay. Hourly pay is $17.00+.
