HR Recruiter

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the manufacturing industry, located in Florence, Kentucky. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and Manufacturing Plant leadership team to attract, source, and recruit top talent for hourly manufacturing roles in a competitive marketplace. Responsibilities: Utilize various online tools and resources to source potential job candidates Keep track of applicants and candidates using the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) Engage with potential passive candidates through social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Indeed Act as the primary point of contact for incoming hourly candidates Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct initial applicant phone screens Schedule phone and onsite interviews with interview teams Maintain consultative relationships with hiring managers Ensure a responsive, timely, and positive experience for candidates Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Proficient in the use of Careerbuilder for sourcing and attracting potential candidates Demonstrated experience in utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for managing and analyzing customer interactions Familiarity with Applicant Track Systems for managing recruitment and hiring processes Ability to conduct thorough background checks while adhering to all ethical and legal standards Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers Experience with Workday HR management software for managing and automating HR processes Proven experience in corporate recruiting, understanding the unique needs and challenges of hiring within a corporate environment Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace, avoiding any discriminatory language or practices Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
