Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the Financial Services industry. Based in a location in South Carolina, you will play a crucial role in our upcoming hiring surge. Responsibilities: Act as the initial point of contact for potential hires Conduct virtual interviews using a predetermined set of questions Pass candidates with experience in the required field onto managers for meet and greet sessions Facilitate the offer letter signing at the point of meet and greet to expedite the hiring process Utilize various systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Tracking System to streamline recruitment efforts Handle background checks and benefit functions Communicate effectively with candidates and internal team members Assist with placing candidates in their roles by April/May/June Collaborate with team leads on this project Aid in the proof of concept for this recruitment approach.
