Human Resource Recruiter

Description We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful HR Recruiter for ongoing opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talented candidates, setting interview processes, and improving our overall recruitment strategy. With a keen eye for talent and a strong understanding of hiring trends, the HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping the teams that help our company to grow and succeed.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of the company.

Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.

Create job descriptions and post jobs to appropriate job portals.

Efficiently and effectively fill open positions in a timely manner.

Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and implementation.

Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruitment activities.

Manage job postings, applicant pools, and candidate tracking.

Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, technical skills, and basic qualifications.

Build and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for various departments.

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, interview panel members and candidates.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).

Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc).

Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc).

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
