performanceEmployee RelationsSupport the industrial Relations Specialist to: -Ensure awareness and adherence to L.R.A., B.C.E.A. and all other related labor legislation in the country and advise the business on labour legislation reviewsAssist line managers implement fair procedures to deal with misconductAdvise line managers on the resolution of individual grievancesOversee and assist with disciplinary process (counseling, meeting & enquiries)Build and manage relationship with Employee Representative Group and any other Union(s) relationship according to legislationRecord keeping too be agencies re. effective and efficient service deliveryBuild sound relationship with those recruitment agencies chosen to support usDraft, distribute, manage and plan all internal & external vacancy ads and uploading on Smart Recruiters to all job portalsIdentify and headhunt top candidates and devise strategies to attract passive job seekersEfficiently and effectively fill open positions within the allocated time framesInterview candidates together with line manager and provide necessary feedbackUse SHL Tool and or other approval tools to match Job and TalentSeek approval and make employment offer to successful candidateConduct regular follow-up meetings with management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.Set up recruitment best practices and tools for SGS ManagementRemain at the forefront of innovative trends and recruitment techniquesLeverage on-line recruitment job board and Global recruitment platformDevelop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needsEnsure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvementCompile, change and improve the interview guide as per specific vacancy Arrange with Operational Integrity and HR Coordinator, induction and QHSE Training within a month of start dateRegret candidates who have been unsuccessful in their applications and give them feedbackMaintain an active and organized database of applicants for various positionsGenerate accurate recruitment related reports as neededEnsure compliance with Group diversity objectives and local policies as well as
