Small Conway based HVAC company is currently hiring an experienced AC technician / duct installer.

Must be neat in appearance, pay attention to details, have his/her own tools and a valid driver’s license.

No DUIs or drugs. Must have clean valid driving record.

Must be willing to work weekends, some evenings and occasionally out of town.

Residential and commercial work year round.

HVAC technician must be able to properly use tools of the trade (gauges, meters, power tools, hand tools, breaks). Must have experience in diagnosing problems and installing duct. Will be able to work from ladders, operate a shovel, lift heavy objects and follow instructions.

We offer a good starting pay and raises based on merit/experience. We have paid holidays. We also have paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
