  • Must be a seasoned technology expert in the area of public and private Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Operations, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure native architecture(s) as well as Windows Server administration
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network security. Hands on LAN & WAN experience, preferably with Cisco and/or Palo Alto
  • Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers
  • 15+ years of IT experience, ideally leading an infrastructure team
  • 5+ years of managing and growing infrastructure teams
  • Experience managing MSP Provider and additional vendors
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of both on-premise and cloud infrastructure solutions to support the enterprise-level business operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of data centers, network operations, and end-user computing solutions across the organization.Your key responsibilities will include managing the infrastructure and network teams, including infrastructure, network, data center and service management, to provide best-in-class customer service and delivery. You will also manage internal team members, vendors, and contractors to optimize system life cycle management and improve stability and performance. In addition, you will develop strategic plans to ensure the IT infrastructure can support future business growth and evaluate the current technology capabilities, risks, and roadmap to drive decision-making that aligns with the company's goals.As the ideal candidate, you should have at least 15 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years leading and growing infrastructure teams. You should be a seasoned technology expert with experience in public and private Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Operations, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure native architecture(s), as well as Windows Server administration. A strong understanding of network infrastructure and network security, with hands-on experience in LAN and WAN, preferably with Cisco and/or Palo Alto, is also essential.Other requirements include the ability to think through problems and visualize solutions, work independently and balance multiple priorities, and good communication skills to articulate complex technical requirements in a clear and non-technical manner. You should also be a team player with strong collaboration skills and possess a high degree of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
