Description:SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:Developing customized configurations and features within the Hyland Onbase ECM platform. Creating timelines and development goals to be presented to leadership. Testing the stability and functionality of the application as well as documentation and training other team members on those solutions.DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including functional & risk analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support as a part on OnBase.Meeting with project managers and leadership to determine OnBase needs.Developing custom configurations and features in the OnBase Platform. Designing and documenting OB solutions and interfaces.Accurately estimating timelines and development goals.Testing the stability and functionality of the application.Training other team membersCreating documentation on new and integrated solutions developedREQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):Three plus years of OnBase development, support, or management.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent organizational and time/task management skillsAbility to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected eventsOnBase Workflow DevelopmentPREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):Additional development experience preferred in any ECM systems.Knowledge of Active DirectoryUser, sharing and permissions managementProject Management skillsAdditional Skills:Three plus years of OnBase development, support, or management.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent organizational and time/task management skillsAbility to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected eventsOnBase Workflow DevelopmentNote :25% remote work will not begin right away - need to be onsite training. etc before this is effective.Will be one day a week afterwards that can be remote.
