We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join BHC - Sorelle in the roles of Cook III, Food Runner, Bartender, Barista Mercato, Host, and Barback. Bartender (Pay - $7.00 + Tips)

Responsibilities:

Oversees and assists the entire front of house team with all elements of service.

Takes ownership of the bar, knowing the names and preferences of their guests and VIPs, greeting, seating, running, bussing, re-setting etc.

Executes and facilitates service in cooperation with other Bartenders, sommeliers, and managers. Facilitates the communication between the FOH & BOH.

Describes dinner features as needed, including menu changes and daily additions.

Cook III (Pay - $20.60)

Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior cooks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

Follow food safety standards and guidelines.

Support the team in daily kitchen operations.

Barback (Pay - $9.00 + tips)

Responsibilities:

Answer any questions about the drinks list, menu, specific food items, the wine list, or any other inquiries the guest may have.

Stocks all mis-en-place for Bar service.

Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards.

Mercato Barista - Part Time (Pay - $16.48)

Responsibilities:

Executes and facilitates service in cooperation with other Baristas, sommeliers, and managers.

Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times.

Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s standards.

Food Runner (Pay $18.03 + tips)

Responsibilities:

Answer any questions about the menu, specific food items, the wine list, or any other inquiries the guest may have.

Liaise with the server to always ensure communication about the wants and needs of guests.

Understand the order taken by the server and any changes in the menu, dietary restrictions, food allergies, etc.

Assists the Chef in expediting the food to the dining room.

Host (Pay - $15.00 + tips)

Responsibilities:

Escort guests to their table

Answer the phone and takes reservations

Communicates reservation flow with the back of house. (ICOs)
